1 The display is not attracting shoppers’ attention and engaging them to look and explore. They are looking for their usual brand and then leaving the display. With the wide variety of products available, shoppers’ knowledge of these items is quite limited.
2 Some shoppers found the segmentation of the display confusing. A clearer demarcation of variants, brands or types would help shoppers locate their desired product and could highlight some new sectors or products for these shoppers.
3 Create an area for reduced sugar/healthier variants and highlight this for the shoppers.
