Peter's Foods has opened a multimillion-pound distribution depot in Sidcup to boost foodservice sales in the southeast.
The 45,000 sq ft facility replaces a Greenwich depot that was sold to make way for the 2012 Olympics and will boost Peter's distribution capacity in the region by more than 20%.
"This is a powerful illustration of our commitment to growth," foodservice MD Neil Court-Johnston said.
"We will work harder to ensure we always meet our customers' needs and aim to grow through new sales channels."
