Sir; If it's true that news wholesalers are going to be able to arrrange one drop per shop (The Grocer, July 21) it's brilliant news, but frankly I won't believe it until it happens. For years this has been just one of many burdens inflicted on us by the wholesalers and despite all the talking nothing has improved ­ if anything it's grown worse. I have to contend with deliveries from two separate suppliers ­ so I'm paying two delivery charges and having to cope with two sets of paperwork. It wouldn't be so bad if the service I got for my money was any good, but there are continual problems with missing items and mistakes on my bill. And to add to the frustration I can never get a reply when I phone. Name and address supplied {{LETTERS }}
