Procter & Gamble is looking to sell off two of its skincare brands in Europe. It is "exploring a possible divestiture" of Biactol in France and Topex in Italy, but maintains this it will not affect the UK. The brands are victims of the trend towards consolidation that has gripped multinational manufacturers. P&G is focusing on brands with global potential, such as Clearasil and Oil of Olay. {{P&P }}
