The £1m TV campaign, which breaks on October 20 for three weeks across ITV, Channels 4, 5 and satellite channels, will promote Excellence 70%, Excellence 85% and the new Excellence Intense Orange.
Intense Orange - a dark chocolate bar containing pieces of orange and almond - began life as a limited edition and is now being rolled out as a permanent fixture (rsp: £1.19 for 100g).
The 30-second ad will be followed by a Christmas campaign for Lindor.
Lindt has also launched a new Nut range - Dark Hazelnut, Milk Hazlenut and White Almond - which have thicker, chunkier tablets and contain 32-34% nuts. The new bars will retail at £1.99 for 150g.
