Future Publishing's Linux Format magazine has been revamped, with increased pagination, a second CD covermount and a fresh, new look. Future says the changes are in response to a recent reader survey, which revealed the high business bias of the title. The magazine now offers more tutorials, walkthroughs and guides to subjects, from web-related issues to security quibbles. Future says with the additional second covermounted CD, the magazine can include more software, more applications and Linux distributions that won't fit on a single CD. In addition to the double-CD version, Linux Format will be available with a DVD. From the June issue onwards Linux Format will further include a 24-page supplement called Linux Pro', which will cover all corporate Linux issues. The new-look Linux Format retails at £5.99 (£6.49 for the DVD issue). Distribution is by Seymour. Dave Taylor, publisher of Linux Format, said: "With this shift in cover strategy, we are enabling Linux Format to reflect the growing use of Linux in mission-critical business roles. It's an exciting market to be involved in and Linux Format continues to lead the field as the UK's best-selling Linux magazine." {{CTN }}
