November 10, 1900. The Board of Management of the Traders' Defence Association of Scotland held a meeting on Wednesday night. They expressed themselves well satisfied with the results of the municipal elections in Glasgow and other towns where they had made recommendations to the electors whom they should support. The competition for the silver cup presented to the association by Messrs. William Lawson & Sons, dressed window, takes place next Thursday.
