The first cinema advertising for Brazilian brand Brahma is about to be launched in the UK by brand owner InBev UK.

The campaign, which will run until mid-October in Scotland and London, portrays the urban adventures of a carefree Brazilian basketball enthusiast. The 30-second ad shows the character setting off from his apartment with a shopping cart, basketball and a single pack of Brahma. After a long journey up a steep set of stairs he finds the perfect area to play and lifts the trolley onto a hook on a wall, where it becomes his basket for shooting hoops. He only takes one shot because the ball bounces away down the stairs. Undeterred, he sits down to enjoy a bottle of Brahma.
