Ginsters' biggest television advertising campaign yet hits the small screen next month as part of £3m marketing push for the brand.

Its star is a park warden who spends his days dodging duties and getting up to mischief - joyriding on the park mower, clamping a wheelchair and terrorising some ducks with a remote control boat.

When he comes across a Ginsters pasty, however, he is temporarily overwhelmed by goodness and thinks better of stealing it.

Backed by the slogan 'It's filled to the brim with Ginsteryness that brings out the honesty in everyone', the ad ties in with the brand's on-going 'Real honest food' theme and follows on from radio advertising that featured cow, pig and mushroom characters forced to take a lie detector test to prove their Cornishness.
