A total of 20 companies are involved in the event, which is organised and funded by MBS International Marketing and hosted by Spanish department store chain El Corte Ingles and hypermarket group Hipercor.
MBS International Marketing expects the promotion to generate £1.2m in sales.
The event began this week and runs until March 22. Participants include Orkney Brewery and Highland Spring.
MBI International Marketing partner Paul McMahon said: "Some of these companies are very small first-time exporters and this will represent the largest single sale three-quarters of them have ever made."
