Japanese consumer products giant Kao Corporation has been tipped by analysts as a possible buyer for Unilever brands including Mentadent, Pepsodent and Close-Up toothpastes that Unilever is looking to divest as part of its Path to Growth strategy. Unilever declined to comment.
