Anne Truelove has been appointed chief executive of the Greencore Group's chilled operations.
Truelove was previously chief executive of Hazlewood Chilled Foods, which has been successfully integrated into Greencore as part of Hazlewood Foods.
Her division will be responsible for what was Hazlewood's UK and continental European chilled convenience foods businesses. Gerry Smith has been promoted to chief executive of Greencore's ambient and frozen division. He will handle the former ambient and speciality meat business, Roberts Yorkshire puddings and frozen desserts, and Greencore's Rathbone bread operations.
Peter Woodall, former chief executive of Hazlewood Foods, replaces Angus Raynard as head of Greencore's pizza division. Woodall handled the consolidation of Hazlewood's convenience foods businesses and remains an executive director of Greencore.
