Healthcare specialist Lanes is pumping a heavyweight £3.4m investment into advertising two of its leading brands on television.
More than half of the figure, £2m, will be used to support the Olbas breathe-easy range of remedies. Breaking on Monday (November 11), ads are set to run for five months on GMTV, Channel 5 and satellite channels.
The ads for the Olbas range which includes oil, inhalers, pastilles and vapour rub will feature a nose cartoon character which displays the feelings caused by cold symptoms.
The rest of Lanes' announced spend, £1.4m, will go on a new TV campaign for sedative brand Kalms.
