Kirkwood manages the eight-strong UB Foodservice marketing team and is responsible for brand and customer marketing, innovation and technical development. She was previously general manager for category development for HJ Heinz’s European Foodservice division. She worked for the firm for 10 years.
Gray will lead the commercial agenda for UB Foodservice, incorporating biscuits, snacks and cake categories. She previously headed the McVitie’s Tesco account team. Since joining UB in 1995, Gray has worked in sales in the biscuits, snacks and cake categories.
