National Honey Week, organised by the Honey Association, kicks off on February 4 2002 for the fourth consecutive year, perfectly timed for Pancake Day on February 12. Manufacturers and retailers will use this week to attract more consumers. Price promotions and samplings are on the cards, including tastings in London's commuter hot spots such as Liverpool Street station. In addition, the Honey Week logo will be available on disk for companies to use on packs. The Honey Association claims more than one-third of the UK population regularly consumes honey, with clear, blended and speciality honeys from around the world showing the greatest increase in sales. {{FOCUS SPECIALS }}
