The Honey Association ­ the industry body which represents all major honey makers ­ aims to boost the sale of honey during the third National Honey Week (5-11 February 2001). The Honey Association will carry out a series of instore promotions, sampling activity and a PR campaign targeting local and national radio and print media to encourage wider usage and attract lapsed users. The message it is promoting is Honey ­ good taste, naturally'. A spokesperson for The Honey Association said the majority of manufacturers saw a boost in sales as a result of previous years' National Honey Week. {{P&P }}
