Created by: Bates Launched: January 2002 Blondie's Sunday Girl' as the backing track made this ad ear-catching', while the girl's face-pulling antics gave it a point of difference over science-based hair commercials. Sure, she tossed her hair around a lot so we noticed it was shiny, but the real point of the ad was to give the brand personality. Its first ad  where a diner finds and keeps one of his pretty waitress's hairs only to realise that the male cook has similar hair  tried to do the same thing, but it possibly ran the risk of alienating the more fastidious by conjuring up associations between the brand and health and safety breaches. {{P&P }}
