Convenience retailers can tap into the burgeoning sandwich market at this spring's Convenience Retailing Show.
The sector's premier event will have an area dedicated to all aspects of sandwiches sponsored by Unilever.
Show visitors will discover new recipe ideas and format innovations, and watch sandwich-making demonstrations. Unilever development chefs will show how they are using more innovative fillings.
Organiser William Reed Exhibitions is planning to undertake the world record attempt for the biggest sandwich ever made.
Unilever will also be launching Sizzler, a new bacon flavour Pot Noodle, and showcase the first two varieties in the Magnum Seven Deadly Sins limited edition ice cream range.
The show, organised by William Reed, publisher of The Grocer, takes place at the NEC Birmingham on March 4-6. Full details and visitor registration are on www.cstoreshow.com or phone 0870 429 4664 for free registration forms.
