Former United Biscuits man Steve Clarke is to be the new marketing director for Rachel's Organic.

At UB, Clarke was marketing controller for McVitie's, overseeing the company's £160m core biscuit portfolio.

In his new role at Rachel's Organic he will deliver creative and effective marketing campaigns to help build on the company's growth.

"I've always been a great admirer of Rachel's Organic and I'm looking forward to bringing my passion and experience to the company," Clarke said.

Clarke has spent more than 10 years working for companies such as Gillette, Timex and Yardley.
