Dr Oetker is hoping to bridge the gap between health and indulgence with a new range of fruity chilled desserts.
The soup market has grown by 9.1% in the past 12 months, up 47m in real terms. The main driver remains price, but there has also been a significant impact through buyers purchasing more often and buying more per trip.
