Intervention for butter has remained open in the UK, despite a recovery in declared prices to 93% for the week ending June 30. Since it was the first week the rate had gone over its 92% threshold, intervention buying remained in operation, but is unlikely to remain in force for long. Declared prices for the week ending June 24 were £175.13/100kg for salted and £192.56/100kg for unsalted, against an 92% intervention threshold of £190.466/100kg. {{PROVISIONS }}
