SCA Hygiene Products is rounding off this year's £14m spend on relaunched Double and Quilted Velvet with three nationwide TV ads. The campaign, which broke this week, shows busybody Velvet running through design improvements to Quilted and Double Velvet to "keep up with the Joneses".
