Single bottles of the drink will be available in the two most popular flavours, apple, carrot & strawberry and banana, pumpkin & kiwi, from January.
One-shot drinks continue to grow in popularity but are only available in multi-packs. However, Unilever said the new format would extend usage and make it an impulse purchase, similar to juices and smoothies.
It is backing the launch with a £10m campaign, including TV advertising, PR and a nationwide sampling campaign.
Vie Shot was launched in June in packs of three and is available in a third flavour in the multi-pack format - orange, banana & carrot.
The drinks will be sold in pharmacies, c-stores and retailers (rsp: 79p for 100ml).
