Producers opened their doors to visitors and ran tasting sessions during Welsh Wine Week.
The promotion is running in tandem with English Wine Week until tomorrow (June 5), and Welsh vineyards, which total more than 20, have offered tours and wine tastings to the public.
The majority of their production is white, although red and rosé wines are on the increase as well as sparkling white varieties made by the Champagne method.
Monmouthshire vineyards got together to produce their own guide Vine to Wine, giving details of vineyards.
