A recipe book encouraging the use of Welsh-grown fresh produce has been nominated for an international award.

Cooking with Welsh Horticulture, developed by Horticulture Wales, is targeted at Welsh chefs, caterers, and the hospitality sector. It has been named Wales winner of the Best Local Cuisine category in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. It will now go up against other countries in a bid to win ‘Best in the World’.
