DBC Foodservice is helping its customers get into the party spirit with a Food for Celebrations range.
The range, launched this week, includes finger foods, Christmas products, desserts, speciality cheeses and partyware. Dishes include Mini Lamb Samosas, Cajun Battered King Prawns, After Dinner Mint Wafer Cheesecake and Mull of Kintyre Scots Cheddar.
“The feedback from customers was that events such as New Year’s Eve are often as busy as Christmas, requiring just as much planning and often similar food solutions,” said DBC Foodservice’s buying and marketing director Sue Cronin-Jones.
“This new offering saves customers time and helps them to manage costs, as the majority of the high-quality range can be used for a variety of events.”
The range has been launched in Party Season 2011, its own brochure, and is available from DBC’s 12 national depots or online.
