Aisling Young, former global brand director for Chivas Regal whisky, said she was in negotiations with the multiples regarding listings and that the lightly sparkling drink was likely to roll out nationally next month.
The 5.5% abv line-up comprises a white variant with melon and muscat grape, and a rosé variant with hints of strawberry and watermelon.
They are designed for women who "love the sophistication of wine but find the alcohol level a challenge," said Young, who has funded the brand with her husband and private backers.
"We researched where the growth was coming from in the UK market and spotted an opportunity for a female-targetted sophisticated sharing drink that straddled lightly sparkling wine and perry," she added.
Young is investing £500,000 in marketing. Brand ambassadors would host Carnaby Brown events in the homes of selected Facebook friends of the brand, she said.
