Country-style chicken, a meat-in-sauce product, is the first new line to come out of the Grampian Country Food Group's recently expanded fresh division, following its acquisition of Sovereign. The product is being marketed as a winter warmer' and is designed to capitalise on the growing demand for fresh value-added portions, worth almost £40m and growing 15% annually.
