Robert Wiseman Dairies says it is frustrated by the long wait for a decision from the Office of Fair Trading on two price fixing inquiries.
Wiseman last week reported annual pretax profit up nearly 30% to £34.6m.
The processor said in its report that it had expected a ruling on the retail price initiatives of 2000-2003 this February. However, the OFT said it had not yet decided whether to launch a formal investigation.
Wiseman said it was also awaiting a final decision on alleged cartel activities in the Scottish market. The OFT provisionally found Wiseman and five other dairies guilty of price-fixing in September 2006.
