The newly created post entails responsibility for accounts with the major multiples, independents and off-licences. She is also overseeing quality control for Myliko’s product portfolio, which includes the Spice Trail brand, launched in 2001.
Woodrow said one of her first tasks would be to drive distribution of the brand in the trade before new variants could be added to the range. “I’ll also be doing a fair amount of work on developing products from other countries,” she said.
She reports to MD Hemant Kotechy. Woodrow was previously wine buying consultant at Halewood International. Before that she was wine buying director at Forth Wines.
