Wyke Farms is refreshing its packaging to allow shoppers to see the Cheddar inside and to emphasise its ethical credentials.
The new packaging will feature two logos on the back: a ‘100% Green’ logo to emphasise its use of biofuel and a cow shaped Union Jack logo to show its use of British milk. Backs of pack also feature Clothier family stories and photos.
“Trust and transparency are even more important since Horsegate. We wanted to communicate our brand values of honesty and integrity through our new design,” said MD Rich Clothier.
The packs roll out to Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, The Co-op, Waitrose and Makro from April.
