The promotion will run across 14 million 200ml cluster packs as well as 500g single-serve bottles from August. Consumers who visit the Napster website can enter a unique code found on Yazoo packs to download from millions of music tracks. There is no limit on the total number per person, although shoppers can only download one track per code.
The promotion would allow Yazoo to tap into the growing online music trend, said Marielle de Jong, marketing director at FrieslandCampina. "By rewarding purchases of Yazoo, we hope to drive even higher sales and add even more consumers to our loyal base."
The promotion would be attractive to shoppers as there were no restrictions on genres that could be accessed, she added.
