Findus has teamed its Feeling Great! frozen ready meals brand with Zest health and beauty magazine to sponsor a Fitness Challenge. Nine leading gym chains and more than 400 gyms will take part with around 25,000 people potentially set to participate in the challenge which will be launched through the March issue of the magazine ­ on sale from Monday (February 11). Each participant needs to complete three cardiovascular, resistance or flexibility workout sessions a week over a four-week period. If successful, they are entered in a prize draw for a holiday in Thailand. The Feeling Great! range will benefit from joint branded PoS material and sampling opportunities in the gyms, branding on editorial pages and advertorials in Zest from April to December. Support on the Zest web site and a regional publicity campaign are also planned. Helen Wolford, Feeling Great's brand manager, said the sponsorship emphasised the brand's living life to the full positioning.
