Gallaher is tweaking the design of its B&H Gold and Silver following a mixed performance last year when B&H Kingsize Gold fell 6.9% to £632.5m and Kingsize Silver grew 8.6% to £327.5m.

From next month, both products will feature a modernised typeface and logo, while the brand's red seal has been replaced with a new triangle design.

From next week pack inserts will announce the redesign. Cellophane-wrapped packs featuring 'Unlock new design' will follow next month before the new packs are rolled out fully in late February.
