The Guardian this week ran a feature on ‘craft water’, and in so doing introduced Bogof to ‘water sommelier’ Martin Riese.

Calling himself ‘the world’s foremost expert on water’, Riese works at LA restaurant group Patina, where he claims he can food-match every one of the 26 waters on the menu. If you want to find out more, he has a (very amusing) website and - inevitably - a podcast. But you don’t, do you?
