Cadbury Schweppes has sold its South African branded concentrate and soft drinks company Bromor Foods to South African food and healthcare company Tiger Brands for £109m (ZAR160m).
Cadbury said that the sale, which is subject to clearance by the South African competition authorities, would be completed by the second half of 2006.
