Family-run Browns Food Group has more than 100 years of experience in the production of Scottish cooked meat and delicatessen products. The company has enjoyed a rise in success since its humble beginnings as bacon curers and distributors in the Scottish borders town of Biggar in 1885, and now produces a wide range of quality meats, smoked salmon and convenience foods to all of the UK's major retailers. The company currently employs 500 people across five different sites, and has recently announced the launch of its new brand, Tarbert Fyne Foods - a uniquely Scottish range of high-quality cooked meats which are prepared in a traditional fashion for maximum flavour.Browns Food Group
