Greencore grabs 98.13% of Uniq shares

Greencore has moved a step closer to sealing its £113m deal for Uniq after shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of the deal. As of 1pm on 30 August, Greencore announced it had received acceptances in respect of 115,001,506 Uniq Shares - 98.13 per cent of the company’s issued share capital.
