The trend of using Biscoff cookies in tiramisu can be traced back to a viral video from @dolcebakes_, which reached almost 5 million views in April. Users prepare a regular tiramisu, substituing lady fingers for Biscoff cookies, dipping them in espresso, and topping it off with some Biscoff spread or crumbs for decorative effect. The recipe became especially popular during Ramadan, with many Muslim creators posting videos of them preparing Biscoff tiramisu for iftar.
