Seedless lemons will be widely available in UK retailers and the foodservice market this year following a successful trial.
Redbridge Worldfresh debuted Eureka SL lemons this month. They are sourced from South African producer Sundays River Citrus Company and will be available until November. The season starts again next April.
"Sundays lemons always had a great reputation with customers and now we can offer the new seedless variety, it's got even better," said Redbridge product manager Morgan Barrett.
