It all started in 1984 when Brian Jones found a job with United Biscuis after leaving school with no qualifications
Brian Jones is general factory manager at Pladis’ Wigston site. He feels that winning the Gold award for Factory Manager of the Year in 2021 recognised the hard work his team had put in over the coronavirus outbreak, and rewarded him for running a compassionate site that cares about diversity and inclusivity.
