Woodall’s is aiming for a bigger slice of the cured meat sector by revamping its British charcuterie range.

The range comprises three air-dried hams, Cumberland sausage salami and extra mature, smoked pancetta.

The new branding reflected “our unique legacy, expressed in a contemporary style,” said James Crease, sales and marketing manager at Woodall’s.

It will be targeted at delis and farm shops.
