Construction toy brand Meccano has revealed details of the video game tie-ups set to shake up its traditional image.
This summer, the brand will roll out sets based on Sonic the Hedgehog, Raving Rabbids and even Gears of War 3. The Raving Rabbids collection, launching in August and priced from £19.99 to £34.99, includes Crazy Toilet and Time Washing Machine.
Sonic toys will be available in July and include Casino Street (rsps: from £14.99 to £69.99). Products in the GoW range will include the King Raven helicopter (rsps: from £24.99 to £39.99).
“These are exciting times for Meccano,” said the brand’s UK manager Sue Barratt.
