McCain is giving away an ‘ultimate chip tray’ with its chips in Iceland stores.
For four weeks from 15 April, Iceland shoppers who buy a 1.36kg bag of Oven Chips (rsp: £1.80) will receive the tray, which has ridges to lift the chips and holes to increase airflow. Embossed with the McCain logo, it would encourage repeat purchase, said the supplier.
“It helps keep McCain front of mind,” added McCain marketing director Mark Hodge.
