The Post Office has appointed ex-Nisa boss Nick Read as the group’s new chief executive.
Read, who left Nisa in 2017, will start his new role in September.
Read stepped down as CEO at Nisa amid takeover talks with Co-op. Following his departure, he spent just over a year as chief executive at Extra Energy and counts Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group, Tesco and Thomas Cook among his previous employers.
