She was previously head of marketing for wines, where she oversaw the UK launch of the Jacob's Creek partnership with 20th Century Fox for the film Australia, Montana's Vintage Experience competition and a £1m advertising campaign for Campo Viejo.

Pierre Pringuet, CEO of Pernod Ricard, has joined the board of directors at consultancy Cap Gemini as a non-executive director.

Patrick O'Rourke has been appointed chairman of the Livestock & Meat Commission for Northern Ireland. O'Rourke, who will hold the role for three years, is a former president of the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association.

After successfully concluding the merger between Friesland Foods and Campina and overseeing the first few months of integration, they felt it was time for a change, the company said.
