Who was your first teenage crush? Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing. Need I say more? 

When was the first time you got drunk and what did you drink? Homemade wine at a friend's party. 

What was the first music single you bought? Kylie Minogue's I Should be so Lucky. 

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A solicitor. 

What's your favourite book? Five Quarters of the Orange by Joanne Harris. It is set in France, which is a country I love. 

What's your favourite movie? Bridget Jones's Diary. 

What was your worst holiday and why? An 18-30s holiday in Kavos, Greece, while at university. Too much ouzo and generally not a very nice place. 

What was the most embarrassing moment in your life? Having to take part in an It's a Knockout tournament which involved giant inflatables. I got stuck between two of these and had to be pushed over to finish the race. 

Do you have any phobias? Snakes and spiders. I lived in Australia and, as much as I love the country, the snakes and spiders did not appeal one bit. 

If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? Gordon Ramsay, for his passion and strong personality. 

Who would you most like to sit next to on a plane? The pilot. 

What would you request as your final meal? Thai noodles with shrimp. 

What's your favourite junk food? Pizza and doughnuts. 

What's the weirdest thing you've eaten? Alligator. 

What luxury would you have on a desert island? Ice cream. 

What's your biggest regret? Only travelling for 12 months when I graduated and not visiting some of the world's more remote countries. 

If you could star in a television programme, what would it be and why? Lost. I love the constant adventure. 

If you could be invisible for the day, what would you do? Scuba dive without being afraid of sharks, as this is what prevents me from doing it at the moment.
