How do you describe your job to your mates? I work at the cutting edge of green and organic food. Rice cakes have never been so exciting!
If you could change one thing in grocery what would it be? More representation and support of products from small manufacturers. Too many innovative ideas do not see enough shelf time.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? Seeing consumers get delight from a product we have developed with them, and for them.
If you didn't work in grocery where would you work? I am fascinated with the pace of digital media and would be agency side advising fmcg clients on digital strategy.
What's your best interview tip? Have confidence. If you believe it will go well it will.
What was your worst job interview? I arrived at a job interview having misinterpreted certain areas of the job spec - bad idea! Drill your recruitment agent down to every last detail.
Where do you hope to be in five years' time? On a year-long holiday in Asia.
If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be? Going home at 3pm every day.
What is your motto in life? If you were serious you'd stop thinking about it and just do it.
What do you like to do outside work? I have just qualified as a rescue diver and am looking forward to getting some scuba diving in over the summer.
What's your nickname? Lozza! This is very Australian though and doesn't roll off the English tongue as easily.
What was the first music single you bought? Be My Lover by La Bouche was my first CD. My taste has improved since then.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? Prime minister.
What's your favorite movie and why? I own all of the Transporter series, but I'm pretty sure there's no real plot to them.
What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? I'm quite sure I don't remember. And I would like it to stay that way.
If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? Jason Statham. Why? Um...so he could lift all those heavy boxes of rice cakes, of course.
What's the weirdest thing you've eaten? A whole guinea pig in Quito, Ecuador.
