What's your nickname? I have many, but none printable!

Who was your first teenage crush and why? The ginger one out of Abba. I loved those white jump suits.

When was the first time you got drunk and what did you drink? When I was a teenager after a 20-course Italian with too much Grappa between each course.

What was the first music single you bought? Dance with the Devil by Cozy Powell.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? DI Jack Regan in The Sweeney.

What's your favourite book and why? To Kill a Mockingbird because it makes me cry and The Moon's a Balloon. David Niven had an amazing life.

What's your favourite movie and why? It's a Wonderful Life.

What was your worst holiday and why? I used to work for BA and got free tickets to Majorca for me and two mates. It was February, everything was shut and I lost all my money in a poker game on the first night.

Do you have any phobias? Heights, as I get the urge to jump off cliffs and buildings.

If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? Lara Croft - she's fit and up for a challenge.

Who would you most like to sit next to on a plane? Well, based on my in-built passion to survive, probably wedged between the pilot and the senior flight attendant.

What's the weirdest thing you've eaten? Probably Zebra and Terry Wogan is right, it did taste like chicken.

What's your favourite chat up line? I've never been good at them - it causes more problems than saying nothing.

What luxury would you have on your desert island? There's a part of me that loves the idea of surviving Ray Mears style, but if you're offering luxury, I would take a well-stocked bar.

What's your biggest regret? Not becoming Jack Regan and never meeting the ginger one from Abba!

If you could star in a television programme, what would it be and why? Bring back a remake of The Sweeney and I'm there!

If you could be invisible for the day, what would you do? I couldn't cope with that. I loathe the thought of not being the centre of attention!
