What was the last film you went to see at the cinema and what was your verdict? Casino Royale - Daniel Craig was much better than I expected, but I thought it was too violent for a 12A rating.

What's the most embarrassing moment of your professional life? Frequently having to tell lorry drivers not to go to the toilet in the deliveries yard at the factory in France because I was the only French speaker!

What are your pet hates? Rudeness and 'muzak'.

What's the best holiday you've ever had? Going to Northumberland for the first time and being blown away.
